Effective Teaching

Teaching is a profession ,infact a noble profession for that matter but some who claimed to be an expert in this field failed to achieve their aims due to inability of the the learner to get the desired goal at the end of each learning process.some of the following are the ingredients to effective teaching that can bring about predetermined objectives.
In the first instant,teachers must be ready.The readiness of a teacher before teaching is very Paramount for effective teaching.This will enable the teacher to explain into detail the content of the topic or body of knowledge, it will also make him or her to monitor the lent at which a child is attentive in the classroom.
In addition, using of instructional materials(Teaching aids) is a veritable tool for effective teaching .There is this saying that" what a child sees ,he or she doesn't forget it ,but what he or she hears,he or she may likely to forget".By making teaching visible to a child will enable him or her to understand faster,if the real object is not available ,the teacher can improvise.
Similarly,a child that is at the center if teaching must be ready.The readiness of a child to be taught is a key factor in teaching.If his or her mind is not tailored towards classroom teaching, there is nothing that will set into his or her brain.The child must be physically and psychologically ready for effective teaching.Adequate food and necessary textbooks should be made available to every child.
In conclusion,environment must be ready and extra lesson at home will keep the child's spirit up in order to achieve the set goals for teaching.If the above ingredients are present, believe me,there will be all round success in every teaching-learning process.
