A Decade too Long
My uncle, my Dad's cousin, gave us a visit in the Philippines. He left for United Kingdom a decade ago. He never changed. So as my aunt. The only changes are their kids. They are all grown up.
This was taken couple of days ago. I was about to share this sooner but I cannot find the words to say. I will just have to share the pics and maybe give captions to each.
Enjoy!!!!
I would like to start with the Oysters. My Aunt really missed these. She said this costs 1 Pound per piece but here all of these costs around 6 Pounds only.
And that's not all of it. Some are already open and ready for eating.
Who opened them? My aunt. She did not eat anything that night but Oysters.
There's also a FIlipino kim chi as the call it.
And the best beer!!!
Here are some random pictures that I took. I was not able to take a lot because we were busy catching up.
Thank you for viewing :)

You know you are having fun when you forget to take pictures! Enjoy your time with them. I'm sure they are longing to feel the warmth of Filipino hospitality after a decade of being far. 🍻🥂
They were actually in Cavite for a night only. They left for Parañaque that night also. Maybe we'll see each other again after Christmas.
