BLESSING OR CURSE

The greatest miracle we ever had is to wake up each day with blood running through our veins. Waking up to see the light is what we pray for yet we expect to gain much in a day for survival. Life is an ongoing process, and most of us meet something at almost every turn we wish were different. But just because something is not turning out the way we want, doesn't mean it won't. And when we insist on calling it a blessing, when we make up our minds that no matter what, we're going to see it as a blessing, then our minds start working overtime to prove us right. Mysterious things tend to happen and that which we labeled a blessing, more often than not, turns out to be one...

The night worker before work will pray to God for customers that night .Yes! the more customers the more money for survival. She gets much customers and much money for her what she will say is God has answered her pray but is it her curse for working at night and getting addicted to giving out sex? even though that’s her means of survival?

The seller in the traffics on the streets pray to God before work, what she says is “Dear God may today be another day of massive sales, Amen”. Is it a blessing for God to listen to her pray and later knocked down by a vehicle on the streets?
A wall designer aims at developing his artistry skills. The prayer of this designer to God is to get a contract to exhibit more of the talent. Finally he gets a contract worth $100,000.00 to design a building. Yes! What he is thankful of is that God answered his pray. But what he thinks of as a curse is to climb the walls of the building and falls from the ladder to the ground?

I cried so many years for a child. God finally answered my pray and gave me a child. For that, I am forever grateful but the child I have gives me much problems. Sometimes I wished I never had a child because of the problems my child bring to my home each day. Is it a blessing to have a child as you wish or a curse when your child is problematic?

Whatever happens in life happens for a reason, even though we expect the best, we cannot predict the outcomes in a day just like a tossed coin.
