I have gone thru phase with just a few hours a day and other times where I need 10+ and sometimes I can sleep for 12. It varies for me a lot.

I think I can be like that as well. I used to catch up on sleep on the weekends but now that I work weekends too it's more important for me to try to get 7 hours or so every night. There's not going to be a night during the week where I can only get 4 then get 12 later. I really appreciate your comment and upvote.
