  1. Draw or paint a picture per day.

  2. Learn something new each day.

  3. Teach somebody, something new everyday.

  4. Think about your bad habit that you wanted to ditch and give it up for 30 days.

  5. Drink 2 liters of water for 7 days.

  6. Try yoga every day for 30 days!

  7. Quit the news for a month instead look out for interesting articles to read.

  8. Cook something new each day.

  9. Spend five minutes every morning to repeat a positive affirmation for a month.

  10. Write down the things in your journal that made you laugh really hard.

  11. Go for a 10 minutes run for a month.

  12. Do 50 push-ups a day for a month.
