New Year, New Beginnings ... or Nah
…FOUR! THREE! TWO! ONE! - Welcome to 2018.
It’s New Year’s Day. The day when everyone is conscious of the fact that morning begins at 12 am; and the day when most people sleep after 2 am.
Billions of us have stepped into 2018 and the truth is a new year comes with a particular kind of feeling, whether you try to block it out or not, it’s there. Some people would want to start the New Year by giving themselves another chance, starting on a new slate and becoming a brand new person. For some other people, the New Year just comes with bad energy and no matter how happy they’d been the last 365 days of the last year; they just feel a failure on New Year’s Day. [Believe me, there are people like that.] Some people however, come into the New Year with so much vision and hope – and too many plans. Then, there are people like me who’s indifferent about the whole thing and who’s just happy to be alive in a brand ‘new day’ just like every other day; because 01-01-2018 is just a continuation from yesterday.
Happy New Year everyone. And, easy with the spending because as much as 01-01-2018 sounds like a new beginning; it is also a continuation. We should remember that the earth does not relax after one revolution around the sun. It continues. Hence, the hustle continues.

The most important fact is that life is a continuum, no matter how mankind tries to put stop/start breaks in the midst.
At life's end, we'll see that it's been one journey; and, how we view time will be of zero regard.
