6. International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

 ITU deals with international ICT issues. The organization is responsible for radio frequencies on Earth as well as space. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) establishes fair policies for other organizations. This organization acts as the world's Internet court, ensuring justice among all states, and 89 countries have signed the treaty.
