RE: Love in Action

I would approach all the giant manufacturers of single use plastics and get them to switch to biodegradable sustainable hemp products. NO BRAINER, we are looking into this. In area in India and Asia they are now making bottles from bamboo which degrades faster, but there's lots of water needs, there is also a company in L.A. that is producing bioware out of food compost.. So, this revolution in my opinion needs to happen now on a global massive scale...

I've had thoughts about approaching all the Airlines, if we could get 1 airline to switch to bioware cups/bottles, it would be a game changer. Every flight I take I have my own cup. I literally had an airline attendant insist on giving me a plastic cup and then another one, and boy did I make a scene!! Almost got thrown off the plane I was burning red!! I yelled what is this THROW AWAY PLANET!!!? I wrote a letter to Delta, no surprise no reply.

In America a MILLION plastic bottles are thrown away every minute, how are we going to have any clean water or land left at this rate...Many countries are banning single use plastics and here in Oregon manufactures are starting to create all kinds of hemp products. So the solutions are available. It's up to us to change our usage habits and thoughts.

Such as, what is my legacy? What will I give back to the Earth that gives me life and sustenance? A plastic fork, a straw, coffee cup or bottle that will take 400 years to degrade, is this the future exchange for 2 minutes of convenience.. think again please... BE THE SOLUTION...

I look forward to seeing this done. You’re right that it should be a no brainer. Says a lot about our world that it’s still needing to be done. Our technology is more evolved than we are.
