How to deal with problems in everyday life that eliminates motivation?

Ok guys,
I am here trying to answer from my title above, hopefully helping us all to face various problems in this life.

4 (four) ways to deal with problems in our lives.

Optimistic.
Optimistic is one way to deal with our problems, no matter how small we face,
Then we lose optimism or pessimism will make us give up sooner, without being clearer, we must believe that in ourselves there is hope and we should not give up so easily without trying,
Like my last blog (Learn from failure to be successful).
Optimism is a step of hope radiated within us, if your expectations are lost, then you will not be able to face your problems. Pessimistic will ruin everything in your life, so you have never been pessimistic. Be optimistic that you are always in your life and you are confident that with optimism all problems will terasi. REMEMBER ALL PROBLEMS THERE ARE SOLUTIONS
do not raise the problem.
The biggest problem of all the problems that occur is how you get your problem, not the problem. Many of you are all raising your own problems. How much better a big problem should not be raised, make your mind clear that your problem is over.
So think proportionally, what's your problem and fix it by asking for a solution to your friends and family.
use your mind (mindhead with cold head)
As I mentioned in points 1 and 2, use your mind,
A cold-headed thinker can dilute the problem (your hearts are in an upset state), if you are facing problems with your emotions solving problems quickly without even thinking about your own risks.
Use your mind for creative thinking, look for ideas that build yourself up to be a more optimistic person for your future.
