What happens here when it rains continuously?

in #life7 years ago (edited)

It is a story in the suburbs of Banda Aceh, in Sumatra. When it rains continuously for two consecutive days, the water looked to inundate most of ground at the Valley, particularly, in parts closer to the coast. The rain that fell in mountains surrounding the region of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar down to a low place, looking for the river and the sea.

At current natural marshes have been stockpiled to build housing complexes, rainwater that fell with high rainfall, no longer has the natural reservoirs that will contain it. Trenches and small rivers are not able to accommodate high water debit. Water overflowing from trenches and flooded the lower mainland including rice fields, orchards and fish ponds. Pond fish farmers forced to give up his pet fish carried away by the rushing water, into the trenches or creeks.

Then what happen? Some people will capture the fish that escape from ponds carried away by the rushing water. Some people, including me, saw the process of catching those fish as an exciting spectacle. On the other side, fish traders waiting for the outcome because they are convinced that those who catch the fish must have succeeded in obtaining the fish that had been fat in fish ponds. Traders will directly buy the fish, and also sell them directly to the likes of fresh fish with a tidy profit.

What is the conclusion? By the time the rain fell continuously for several days, then here there will be many people who suffered losses, but in the midst of loss, there are also those who gain a profit. Is there a right and guilty here? I do not know. It just happened, and like has become something not weird. By reason, of course, it's better than no one who gets a profit.

And I was submit this story is also because who knows, I get a little profit too from this condition! [😜]

Will be back soon with another story
