Thanks a lot @mcfarhat for honoring me with a reply to my post, it goes to show you care a lot about members. Your strategy is great, it takes care of everybody and I am pretty sure it will not de-motivate people that post on time and it will also make people that posted late not to lose out totally on all their daily effort.
