Hi Sanja! I like all your nice picture posts but I also like it when you tell us what you're thinking about.

The world is chaotic and people are stressed, and that means they sometimes react quickly and say things without thinking much. Thinking takes time and energy which people might not have when they are stressed.

People usually classify other people in terms of tribes because that's the way humans always lived up until recently. We lived in groups of only up to around 150 people. So people are either in our tribe or they are in an Other Tribe. Sometimes we don't treat people in Other Tribes very nicely. You see that in politics, with sports fans, with different generations, with different lifestyles, etc. It's natural to trust and be nice to people in our own tribe who we have a lot in common with and who we depend on for group activities. But we're suspicious of different people from Other Tribes.

It's hard, but we have to get over this tribe way of thinking! In reality, we're all in the same tribe - we're humans of Earth. When you see pictures from space you can realize just how small our planet is, and we all have to live here together. We can expand our definition of our tribe to all living things on Earth, so we care for animals and plants and the environment too.

Once we realize that we are all the same in many ways - we all have feelings, we want to live good lives, we want to be free to make our own decisions without being forced into certain ways of life by society, we want to be with friends and have fun - then we can respect each other and be nice to them and let them live their lives the way they want. We can realize that we're really all in the Same Tribe!
