I won the lottery 3 times in Taiwan but can't retrieve my money...
As some of you might know, I lived in Taiwan for about 3 months before moving back to Canada. In Taiwan, whenever you purchase something, they give a lottery ticket attached to their receipt. Most of my receipts were from September and October. On November 25th, the government draws the winning numbers for the months of September and October. I finally got around to checking my receipts for winning numbers.
After checking all of these, I found 3 winning tickets. The winning numbers can be found on:

3 of my tickets had the same last 3 digits as the first prize numbers which means I won NT$200 per ticket. NT$600 is worth about $26 CAD.
Since I am not in Taiwan anymore, I can't go to a 7-11 to redeem my reward lol. Unless I send the ticket to a friend in Taiwan, I'm not sure how I'll be able to get this money. It will expire in March of next year haha.
