Ketodelivered Box Review : A Low Carb Life
I follow the ketogenic lifestyle, this is low carbs, high fat, and moderate protein.
Following this way of life is not always easy, I have to avoid sugar, wheat. flour and grain products.
There is hidden sugar in everything, even in foods that you would not suspect.
Well I decided to try the ketodelivered box this month, this box cost me $39.99 with free shipping, below is a brief review of what was recieved and my opinion on the contents.
The box was not damaged which is always a plus.
There was a contents card which included where I could buy these products and discounts for future purchases which is great!
A recipe suggestion.
Now for the good part!
Chiccarones- not a huge pork skin fan bUt these had a mild flavor to them. My friend ate the rest of these.
I would not buy these for myself again but my friend would.
Brami- sea salt - these were unusual to me. They are a bean that is seasoned with salt and ACV. they make a great savory snack and have a good taste to them.
I would buy these again.
Monk sweet - although I only tried a little on my finger I liked how it dissolved easily and it doesn't taste too sweet and doesn't seem to have a terrible after taste, I will have to try this in a recipe another day.
I would most likely buy this again.
Carrot cake almond butter - I'm not really a fan of nut butter but this one has a good sweet taste to it, if you love nut butter you will most likely like this.
I would not buy this again.
Chimichurri - I'm not a condiment person but I could see myself using this a lot. It had a great taste and was not bitter.
I well definitely buy this again.
Brooklyn bitlong - this jerky is in small strips and is a little tough for me, it's chewy, a little bitter but still good to eat.
I probably would not buy this again.
Cinnamon smart cakes- these were nice and fluffy and if you like cinnamon you will most likely appreciate these.
I'm not a huge cinnamon fan so I would not buy these again.
Overall I think it was a good selection and can't wait to see next months box.
