I am sure that this was very difficult to share, so I commend you for having the courage. Maybe it will help someone in a similar situation, yearning to get away but afraid they cannot. I am so glad to hear that you got out before you had your baby. It definitely wasn't a healthy relationship for you, but it would have been even worse for a tiny infant to grow up in.
