The burnout is real. I'm glad you are taking solace where you can. You are definitely not alone.

Many of us in this world still care enough to bleed. Not that we have to, but because we do, hope remains. Doesn't mean we need to run ourselves to the ground.

You are your best guide, with a beautiful compass inside. Even as the storm rages on, the compass guides - unconditionally without judgement.
