My Review Of Public Goods, A Company That Sells At Cost!
The other day I was working online And found an advertisement for a company called Public Goods. They sell things AT COST. Which is bizarre.
Their items are organic And never tested on Animals. Which Was something that caught my eye! Because I've worked on simplifying every area of my life.
I also loved the fact that you can go on there, Buy all the essentials and go about your day. Sounds like a time saver to me!
At Cost
Public Goods Is doing something a bit strange, Selling all their products at cost. They collect a yearly fee similar to Costco. And that is pure profit for them.
I love the transparent pricing.
Every now and then, I'll buy a product and start to question how much it cost the company to produce it. It bothers me that we don't know that information. I Also hate that I don't always know what ingredients are being used or what I'm exposing my body too.
I Bought Some Stuff
Lotion, Deodorant. Floss, Face Moisturizer, Sponge, Etc
I LOVE IT!
The toothbrushes are soft; They are the bamboo brushes that we often see. I love them more than I liked my other bamboo toothbrush. The wood on it, Is a lot thinner. So I don't feel like I'm sucking on a popsicle stick like the other brushes.
The lotion is almost scentless. It's creamy and works great!
The deodorant is also really lovely And smells excellent.
I Love the packaging
I never imagined having products that match its surroundings. Often we are confronted with bottles of shampoo or conditioner that are brightly colored and look somewhat ugly or tacky in our bathrooms.
I Love the plain black and white packaging of their products.
- Treeless paper products.
- The bottles are made from a #2 Bioplastic.
- They have cardboard or paper packaging.
- Not tested on Animals
- Natural products.
- Silk floss, And cheaper refills than other companies.
Sunblock

Public goodssounds to me to like a good company. The comapanies ideals are also very humanitarian. We dont know how many animals die on an taerly basis just to have a product ready for us.It is so sad.
Ithink more companies should look in this and come up witha similar plan.
Right? It's not okay to do animal testing or put things into the ocean where animals can encounter them. I Hope more companies come out like this :)
It is very good on the part of the company that they are listing all the contents used to make the product. I although love the Bamboo brush.It looks so good and innovative. I would love to hear some review of the lotions and shampoos.

Chemical less products, I have always advocated this idea throught my life that we should dump all these chemicals and get back to natural way. Natural things are better they have no reaction and are good for our body.

I agree! It amazes me that they were even added in the first place. We seem to be going back in time rather than forward, Because we screwed up by adding chemicals.

What captivates me about the post is just the bamboo tootbrush
It looks sleek and am sure it would really have a light weight...i believe the company can expand on their areas of production so as to get the major attention of the public and also membership prices should be lowered considerably.
