Being more Productive can change your life! Although sadly, No Matter how productive you become, You will never be able to accomplish everything. Life is sadly too short.
Here are some tips to add some extra time to your day effortlessly.

Ignore the News

Not only is the news full of negativity that will give you a sad outlook for your day, But the news is so unnecessary! If it's really important, Like a meteor hit the Earth, Trust me. You'll hear about it. How did you hear about Trump becoming President?
Probably not the news, Probably social media. The news can cause you unnecessary fear too. I'm saying nothing bad will ever happen to you. But if you hear about the hikers who die day after day, You may have an irrational fear of hiking. The news never mentions all he people hiking who do it safely though.

Sparing the "news" part of your day Will add more time. It's easy to get sucked into with those catchy titles.

Excercise when you wake up!

For those of you who have read my blog for a while, you know all about my addiction to nighttime runs. But here's a small issue....
I like to run when it's dark outside, Because I don't like the thought of people looking at me from their cars, Plus it's cooler, and I don't need sunblock. I changed my sleep schedule recently, So I go to bed early.
Sometimes I wake up after it gets light and I can't run.
I've noticed a HUGE difference on those days. When you exercise when you wake up, Your brain wakes up. You feel better throughout the day and more energized. But when you don't exercise it can be easy to feel sluggish. And crappy. So try to incorporate a quick walk around the block into your daily routine. It will make a difference.

Declutter

So many of us own way too many items! Owning too much can lessen your productivity When you have to search for things.
Try to get rid of some stuff you don't need and keep your desk clean. That way you have a great work environment that won't distract you from work.

Only Do Whats Necessary

I hate to encourage this. Because it reminds me of those people at work, who say "It's not my job." They do just enough to avoid termination.
But sometimes we overload ourselves with pointless tasks. Like doing laundry when we don't need more clothes right away. Or we put a lot of things on our list that we wish we could do, But realistically we will never get around to it.
Delete those items and do only what you know for sure you can accomplish. You'll feel better because you'll get those special tasks that have to be done, done.

Say No

This is similar to doing only whats necessary.
A year ago, I was all over the place.
I was trying to build all these businesses at once, And I was falling apart emotionally and physically as a result.
There are so many great opportunities in this world; It can be hard to not collect them all. But you can't. You need to pick out whats more important and do those. That also goes for people asking you do things for them that you may not have time for. It's not your responsibility. Just say no.

Take Breaks

Gosh, I feel bad because I can't remember who exactly I got this from...
But people associate hard working people with workaholics who NEVER take breaks.
There have been studies that suggest that workaholics don't always get as much done. Even though they spend so much more time working. Taking a break is a great way to "reset" your brain so you can focus on your work. Taking a break allows you to focus fully, you won't get distracted as easily, and you'll stay productive. Those breaks can also help you generate new ideas so you can do your work better overall.

Sleep Well

This one ties into the taking breaks.
Sleeping is important. And you should get as much sleep as your body needs. It will keep you feeling good so being productive can come easier.

Sleep well is difficult for me (for this moment). Steemit is one of the reason that make difficult to sleep but it is better because steemit change my habit about gaming (game online). Anyway nice posting ! ;)

Sometimes to finish a climb you have to give it up for a night- but wow how you have to pay that back!

Sleep is one of the most important tools we have!! Having a decent mattress​ also helps to recover faster and pump our energy in the morning :)
