HAPPINESS is up to YOU, Not your boyfriend or girlfriend. Not your momma! Not your Dog! Cat or rabbit! It's YOUR CHOICE!

Practice yoga:

Yoga is the art of improvising body and mind to find that perfect harmony. Ingeniously, Yoga helps you find the drain button of mind, which shall throw out stress, tension, sorrow, etc. from the mind, preparing the space to be filled with happiness. So it is as simple as spending an hour for the body and mind, which undoubtedly helps you a bunch of ways.

Adopt a routine:

Having a routine can change the way you do things every day. It will make it easier to accomplish goals with less effort. Try using a planner or notebook to map out your day. This is a great and easy way to achieve your goals. Which accomplishments also boost the overall happiness of your life, It will wake you up and make you feel powerful!

Eat Nutritious Foods

Eating healthy foods will make you feel good and help you see the positive sides of things, It will also prevent you from getting sick. If you are looking to lose weight, It will also accomplish that goal.

Be Social

This approach helps people to stay committed in life. Social activities are one best way to find new friends, bypass boredom, stay fit and ultimately remaining happy. Social life has much to offer than sticking with boring office life.
If the meadow of minds is not kept clean, happiness will find difficult to embrace.

Go for a trip

Get out and go for a journey!
When the mind wanders over new experience, gradually it replaces the pains and stress with happiness. Taking in friends along will enhance the extent of happiness. Always getting committed with new things helps the mind relax.
Even if it's a simple out-of-town deal, It will make a BIG difference. Book a hotel in another city, and do activities you like in that area, Like swimming or hiking!

Do new stuff

Write down ten things that you haven't done so far in your life! Now Do THOSE THINGS! It will boost your happiness significantly.

I believe the background of Frankl's quote pertains to his time in the holocaust. After he lost everything he made the choice to be happy.

I can't even imagine being around during that time. That would be so hard to be happy, If not impossible.

Hopefully, we won't head back to that time again.

Happiness comes when we are satisfied with what we have.. .when desires are greater than the fulfillment our happiness is squeezed out...hard to say that people are happy in todays world...as we see them running after to achieved more than what their neighbors have...they want the high standard life...and for that they are ready to do whatever it take....set goals have turned to be setted target...bullseye.

Happiness is a state of mind. You could have a million dollars and all the material things, a beautiful family and everything you ever wanted, and still be miserable. You could also be broke and riding a bike with a flat tire and love every minute of life. If you focus on the negative and how you didn't get that promotion, or raise, or your significant other left you, then you will be miserable. If you can appreciate that you are alive and healthy, that you have a job, a family or whatever, however imperfect they are, then you will find yourself smiling a lot more.

You are @kaylinart, happiness is just a matter of choice but for some choosing just to be happy is difficult. This may happen person who dont seem to understand what happiness. There other people will treat happiness as some sort of feelings whenever you have succeeded on something you want and if fail, happiness is not a matter at all. Everything that happens in life has reason, if you fail on something doesn't mean that you are failure, it might mean that there is something that is intended to you.

True, I agree that you are not a failure if you fail. In fact failure is healthy because you gain experiences.
