Getting ready for your summer vacation? Here are some apps you can use to save you a bit more while you travel.

(1) Chick-fil-A. Not only does the Chick-fil-A app help you skip the lines, but it also qualifies you for their rewards program where you can earn complimentary menu items like Chick-n-Minis and Icedream cones.

(2) McDonald's. App users can score exclusive deals like a free order of fries with the purchase of Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a McCafe, or $2 off any order over $10.

(3) Swagbucks. A great way to score some extra money and all you have to do is put in a little extra work online to include taking surveys, watching videos, shopping with certain retail stores, etc. for selected businesses. These businesses will then reward you with "swagbucks.' The more swagbucks points you collect, the more chances you have to redeem them for cash or gift cards.

(4) Libby. Love to read and want to expand your personal library? Then Libby is just what you need. All you have to do is sign up for the app using your library card, and you can borrow tons of e-books and audiobooks online. Libby will send the books directly to your Kindle, so you can access them right away. There is even an added feature where it will track when your books are due, so you won't pay any late fees.

(5) Influenster. Another app you can check out to earn more free stuff. All you have to do is link your social media accounts to their site, and they put you in their queue to receive free Voxboxes filled with products from Burt's Bees and Marc Jacobs.

(6) T-Mobile. If you use T-Mobile as your cell phone provider, you may be missing out. The carrier offers a T-Mobile Tuesdays app, which includes customer appreciation discounts every week. You have a chance to win everything from a $2 Duncan Donuts gift card to a $4 movie ticket to see Deadpool 2, just to name a few.

(7) AMC Theaters. Sign-up for the AMC Stubs Program to earn a $10 prize, which includes a theater ticket, popcorn, and soda. The only catch is that you have to go to the theater on a Tuesday to use this offer. Additionally, you can collect Stubs points on the AMC app that can be used for free refills on a large popcorn, etc.

(8) Orbitz. As soon as you download the app, you'll receive $25 off on your first booking worth $100 or more. However, you must be scheduled to stay at least two nights at the hotel of your choice. You'll also have the opportunity to earn Orbucks that can be redeemed for free hotel bookings the next time you travel.
