Told you for years already to never skip breakfast man. It starts up the engine!
Im just thinking about your health, it would be wise to always to always follow medical advise... (and for every other male figure here reading this hahahaha)
And what about late-night "snacks". Already getting hungry again.

I hate breakfast when you have to sort out the packaging - must be a new box he has there.
or when it has undefinable bacon cheese in there (oke this sounds shady in this context)
