Thanks for the information ! But for me I take a mild sleeping pill ! LOL im still stuck on graveyard shift mode even after being laid off since February, so sleeping during the day has always been loud and ear plugs along with a sleeping pill at 6 or 7 am is the only way for me ! Sleep all day stay up all night ! Its currently 210 am ! 👍👍👍
