TIME TO RENEW THE CAR INSURANCE 🚘🚗🚘🚗 COMPARING THE MARKET FOR CHEAPER DEALS

Its that time of year again when i receive my new renewal forms for my car insurance with my new quote. You would think they would give you a good deal with being a loyal customer rather than hiking your price up hoping you don't decide to search for a cheaper lender.

I was sent this renewal for last year.

Your Renewal Premium is £625.37

After talking to them they managed to find a number of reductions and loyalty bonus's reducing it to £514.27

This was my new renewal price even after being with them for 4 years and having a 17 year no claims bonus. I did upgrade my car this year so was expecting a small increase. but not as much as this.

Your Renewal Premium is £844.29

I used Compare The Market to search for a cheaper quote finding quiet a few that were nearly half what i had been quoted.

I then accepted a quote from Tesco costing me £491.03 A massive saving of £353.26 PLUS i will get a few Tesco points that i can spend in the shop PLUS i get 2 for 1 at the cinema every Tuesday or Wednesday for a full year PLUS 2 for 1 on meals at certain locations again for a full year for using Compare The Market.

I phoned my car insurance company to let them know I will be cancelling, this is where they try and keep you by coming up with loads of reductions and loyalty bonus's. I listened to what he had to say reducing the £844.29 to £545.00 Just under a £300 saving in a few minutes, Now why don't they just do that with you renewal quote.

I cancelled my account as they couldn't reduce it anymore. Its worth checking out a comparison site such as Compare The Market as the savings are to good to be missed saving you hundreds each year.
