Coughing and sneezing all day. Just hope it's not the dreaded Man Flu...🙄
I have had another day indoors as had a bad night coughing, sneezing and blowing my nose. We didn't have any plans for today other than my online grocery order arriving at 2pm. The rest of the day was mine to do as i pleased.
I did help Nichola out with watching Sprout Her mini Parrot, whilst she had a shower. We never leave her to fly around by herself incase she hurts herself. As soon as Nichola left the room Sprout flew on to my head.
She loves to play with hair then when you least expect it she will give you a peck just so you don't forget about her. For a little Parrot her pecks really hurt, her punishment is to be put back in her cage this way she will hopefully learn thats what happens when you Peck.
Whilst browsing Facebook i came across these little cartoon about Parrotlets, this is Sprout to a T.

Once Nichola was back in the room i was able to go and relax again before i had to make something for us all to eat. Why is is that when your not feeling well a single job can seem like a mountain to climb. Luckily i had thought a head when doing my grocery order, i ordered everything prepared for a Chicken Stir Fry, bang it all into one pot and fry... Simple ... but then Nichola decided she would like some Macaroni Cheese.. back to cooking.
Hubby is back on the mend so doing a little more around the house which is helping me get some rest. Ive never stopped over the last few weeks with him being in hospital. Everything is thankfully getting back to normal here.
I do have a very busy day tomorrow, its mum in laws birthday on Sunday, we always buy her a food hamper filled with her favourite nibbles and treats. Its something she always looks forward to.
Going to have an early night to see if i can catch up on my sleep. To help me sleep I've made the perfect drink to finish the night off... A lovely milky Hot Chocololate for us all... Night zzz
I Hope your feeling better tomorrow, I to had an indoors day mY stomach wasnt feeling the best, still not feeling that great to be honest but I hope to be better tomorrow and get to work

She is such a cute little bird, but can peck a little to hard :)
BUt i guess thats why she needs to be so cute so you don't mind the pecks so much LOL
She's that small you can't tell her off or she will hate you lol

As you say, sprouts peck can hurt, remember, that peck is designed to crack open nuts and get their contents.

He's back.
the computer had a terminal crash, had to wait for Trevor to get a gap in his work to get me up and going again.
have been working on a game, to make sure it works I would like to run it by email as if it was on steem.

They are quick learners :)
