Very good article for those who want to better organize their time. Personally, I recommend to try these three kind of session:
- 30 minutes work / 10 minutes rest;
 - 60 minutes work / 20 minutes rest;
 - 90 minutes work / 30 minutes rest.
 
They work great for me and my friends.
