How did you grow your community on Steemit?
How does your content get views and likes?
I usually only get a couple upvotes or comments for the first hour then nothing after that.... Is there a better time to post? Should i make my headlines better? any advice would be awesome. I am just trying to get upvotes and views!

I agree with adding photos; it will give you a thumbnail and people will pay more attention.
However, this community isn't always about making posts. You need to engage the community; go and talk to people in the comments or the discords.
Networking is the best way to grow, and I wish I would have been able to have started that way long ago.
