According to some figures, over 4 Million victims exist in Europe alone. In addition to being mutilated with microwave guns, most of them have
microchips implanted against their will and suffer horrifically as a result. They are tortured non-stop every hour of every day and night.
Worse still, their torture is the first phase of a much larger program that is now being rolled out across the globe with more an more victims
being mutilated at will.
A lot of the torture can be inflicted over the implants via satellite, leading to a psychopathic game played by the intelligence agencies where
their agents live out their sadistic impulses on the victims at will, using the extensive surveillance methods to watch their victims suffer,
while hiding behind the sophistication of the technology that they know is too hard for the victims to trace back to them.
Since the War on Terror and the increase in the secret service budgets, we have witnessed an explosion in the number of these torture victims.
They suffer in unimaginable ways as a result of premeditated attacks that dwarf everything that was uncovered in the scandals of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo.
For example victims are burned in their own home, receiving organ damage without anesthetic, by having powerful microwave beams shot into their
organs through the walls of their home. They are helpless to stop the attacks on them. Meanwhile, their abusers mock them in harassment spectacles
in the street by nuisance phone calls and with computer sabotage.
