Turn to a fruitarian and you will lose tons of weight. It is what we truly are suppose to consume. I have a few friends that are and the healthiest people I know. Also I bumped my fruit intake and took out a whole meal I was usually eating. Lost 25 pounds without even trying in about a month.

I'm a Melon lover just wish there was as easier way to remove the pips from this one

Look for the ones either with no seeds or the ones that come with really flat soft seeds that you can eat with the watermelon. Very good!
