Thanks for reminding me of gingerbread men! (or is it gingerbread people nowadays?) anyway the chef in this house makes them often for the kids but he's never attempted a gingerbread house, there you go - a challenge. If he takes me up on it and actually makes one I will post a photo. Not until the New Year though, we've only just got over our Thanksgiving feast.
