Oh what sense you write! No wonder you won't get listened to, except for people who agree with you as I do. There must be something that stops politicians on taking the right action by decriminalising drugs, we don't know what that would be though. If they ever had a vote I'd vote to decriminalise NOW! Thanks for your post, thoughtful and well researched.
well in America im guessing it has to do with the privatisation of the prison industry.
as for other places i cant tell, maybe just misguided?
