SALSA DE ZANAHORIA PARA UNTAR

INGREDIENTES:

  • 8 Ajies dulces grandes (4 con semillas)
  • 1/2 Pimenton
  • 1/2 Zanahoria grande
  • 1 Manojo de Cilantro
  • 1 Diente de Ajo grande
  • 1/4 de Cebolla
  • 1/2 Taza de Aceite de Oliva
  • 1/4 Taza de Vinagre
  • 1 Cucharadita de Sal

PREPARACION:

Colocar en la licuadora los ingredientes en el siguiente orden...

  1. Zanahoria
  2. Ajo
  3. Pimenton
  4. Cebolla
  5. Aceite, Vinagre y Sal
  6. Cilantro

LICUAR DE MODO QUE QUEDE PICADITO Y NO LIQUIDO...
