I really feel that we are addicted to our devices. I went to the market the other day with my girlfriend and I couldn't seem to stop looking at my phone. Even though there was nothing to really look at. We live in an odd time.
I agree that it can be addicting. Last year I took 40 days off of social media (for lent) Although I enjoy it...I also see the need to take some time off from time to time...especially if we find it interrupting time with our loved ones.
