Agreed getting frustrated by the inevitable bumps in the road detracts from the fulfillment the journey was meant for in the first place. I do this constantly still, though. Meditation has been my quickest route for finding the big picture again.
Exactly.. I do it as well even if I know it brings me more trouble at the end of the day. I try hard to change it though.. Meditation is something I want to learn more about and try it.. :)
