Aw thanks so much @jrcornel! I've also read about the possible links between sleep disorders and fibromayalgia, which is very interesting and I'd like to read more on this. I've also read about links with stress, anger and also environmental toxins (in water & air as well as food). It's a fascinating and frustrating illness, and one that seems to perplex many doctors not to mention the sufferer!
