GEMA WISATA

Banyuwangi meluncurkan slogan "GEMA WISATA" yang merupakan akronim dari "Gerakan Massal Wilayah Desa dan Kota". Dari kota hingga pelosok desa, mulai Kantor Pemerintahan, Kantor Dinas, Sekolah hingga Gapura Desa dan Batas Wilayah di sisi-sisi jalan ramai dengan slogan "GEMA WISATA" lengkap dengan ornamen patung tokoh Antasena yaitu putra Bima yang berkepala manusia raksasa namun berbadan ular. Selain ornamen patung Antasena, juga disertai sebuah kalimat bak petuah hingga sekarang yaitu "Dengan Beriman, Mewujudkan Banyuwangi Yang Berahmat"
