True meaning of living in the present moment

in #life6 years ago

The least demanding approach to clarify living in the present is to begin by disclosing what it intends to not be available, since this is the state we have turned out to be constantly used to.

When you aren't being available you turn into a casualty of time. Your psyche is maneuvered into the past or the future, or both.

Your contemplations are of the past: what has been, what could have been, what you thought happened versus what really happened. Or on the other hand, your considerations are without bounds: what can't avoid being, what could be, what may be, if…

Obviously, it's normal to spend snapshots of thought previously or in fantasies without bounds. Recognizing looming threats through relationship with things that have occurred in the past is vital for self-safeguarding.

Be that as it may, when our lives end up directed by contemplations and feelings connected to past occasions and potential future results, standing gently established in the present turns out to be progressively uncommon.

Our schedule, our propensity, is to be off in our heads some place thinking about pessimism and battles of the past, or getting to be on edge and frightful without bounds. Only here and there are we completely "here"; impartially focused to see through life's perspective with clearness and exposed mindfulness – an express that helps us in discovering happiness and comprehension in ourselves.

Propensities rapidly turn into the standard and, as we probably am aware from a significant number of life's different indecencies, since we're accustomed to accomplishing something consistently doesn't mean it is beneficial for us, or the correct method to live.

A simple method to get out from under this propensity for being a casualty of time is to distinguish time for what it is. Time is a human idea. The watch on your wrist and the clock on the divider make no difference to Mother Nature.

To her, life is one advancing minute – an interminable cycle of associated temporariness. Time is a metric we use as a kind of perspective point for sorting out our lives and reporting history. It doesn't really exist. Truly, it doesn't.

Time is a hallucination, which sets aside a few minutes fairly fanciful. The past doesn't exist and neither does what's to come. The main genuine reference point we have to this minute in time, and to this thing we mark "presence", is a sentiment of essence, of being here in this body, of seeing the world through these eyes.

This is all that can exist, since this is the thing that you feel at this moment. You can't feel the past or the future, however you can feel what it feels like to contact something at the present time, to see something, to hear something.

The idea of time misdirects us into fretting about its passing and approaching entry. This stops us getting a charge out of this "nearness" we feel. We are hoodwinked into staying in one of two expresses: The initial, one of choosing not to move on and considering what has happened. The second, one of holding up amd always foreseeing what is to come, if and when…

Looking gorgeous

bit long story, but a true concept for a peaceful life and worth reading.... Most of the depression comes either from worries of past or from the fear of future...

The best thing is to live in present, enjoy today and forget the rest...

It can be easily achievable through regular practice of meditation....
