How to prepare it

Fetch bull or pregnant cow urine at 3:00 am and prepare it under a full moon to make it effective and more sacred.

Boil the cow urine on charcoal till it turns to oil. Fetch some oil and continue to boil till it turns to paste. You can cut the paste into capsules so you can take it with empty stomach every morning.
