The Day after Valentine's day we had a chance to visit this wonderful site from an Orphanage compound found here in our little town. A very beautiful view of a nature, celebrating God's wonderful creation. Our town, facing the south, is surrounded by mountains and they serve as Walls covering us against typhoons. We were here in this place to celebrate the "Family Fun Day" of the school where my son is studying as Grade Five student in elementary.

He belonged to the Red Warriors Team, we also joined them as parents. Every 15th day of February, the school Administration encouraged us to join this Family Fun Day. Their aim was to help the families to enjoy and have a bonding time with our kids as well as the staff of the school.

What Makes Life Fun and Exciting?

As I joined on this event, I learned some lessons that I want to share with you my fellow Steemians, lessons that may help us enjoy life and be always excited.

First Lesson:

Be willing to spend time with your love ones.

We may be so busy, that we sometimes neglect the most important matter in life and that is our Family. If we treasure our Family, we should be willing to spend time with them. It is more important to gather memories with them rather than things. Yes we are busy in our works or in our businesses so we could earn more for them. We would like to give our kids a good life, but we miss the precious time of their growing up. So, whenever their is a chance, pause for a while and spend time with them.

Everyday, whenever possible, I always spend time with my family. I hug them one by one for at least 20 seconds. This way I could express my love for them. And besides their are Scientific benefits of hugging, one is, it tends to relax our body and releases a sense of contentment. Their are other benefits that you can find here. So don't hesitate to spend time with your love ones. It can be remembered for the rest of their life.

Second Lesson:

Play and be happy.

When we get older, we often times neglect to play. We reason out that playing is just for kids. There are parlor games that we can enjoy as adults if we just try them. Games are also a good exercise for our minds and physical body. It is also a good time to laugh and enjoy with others. We know that there are lots of benefits in exercise and in laughing. So, whenever there is a chance to play, let us play games and enjoy whoever wins the game.

Third Lesson:

Enjoy the Simple things in life.

Technologies are improving. They help us make life easier, but they urge us to crave more on them. Gadgets are important now in our lives, we use them to socialize with others and we often times neglect the simple things in life. Simple things in life may include watching nature while talking with your spouse. (see the picture below:)

The good thing is, simple things are Free...

These are the 3 lessons I've learned from this experience. Only three,but enough for me to enjoy life with my love ones...How about you my friend?
