Reading brings us many more benefits than we might think.

In general, at the moment of carrying out any daily activity, our brain is activated to be able to carry them out. But, when we read, an enormous quantity of zones of the brain are activated so that such a task can be carried out, the one in charge of the vision, analysis, memories are awakened to engage with what has been read and to give a mental form to what the author raises.

Beyond this, it allows neurons - cells that make up the nervous system - to establish more interconnections, which allows diseases such as Alzheimer's to stay away from us.

We can expand our point of view around a topic, or simply change it completely when we realize that we were wrong.

Reading allows you to have more topics of conversation, being more critical of what you say and what they say to you.

I could write a thousand or more things that say how good reading is for us. But the important thing is to give us that gift of even 15 minutes of a book, it will be a profit for life.

Those of us who live on this platform must read, we are in constant visual and mental exercise, as new things are always emerging, and we must be up to date with everything, not to be left behind.

It is very good to regulate even if it is 15 minutes of reading a day, also encourage reading in the youngest, but in a creative way, fun, not mandatory, because there is the obligation arises opposition from him.
