I liked reading your post, @jeanwandimi. There's a phrase from the beginning that seems central to my way of seeing: get to a point where all you're doing is observing. I think the key, precisely, is in that action: to observe. But not in the sense of meddling in the things of others, of being aware of what they do or don't do. No, in the sense of being attentive to what is happening around you (in nature, in the family, work, social environment, etc.), without this implying establishing a relationship of confrontation or exploitation. And, above all, to observe oneself: one's thoughts, desires, attitudes, behaviours. Self-examination is key.
