Greetings everyone, today’s piece will be about the fact of using each others talents and creating appreciation instead of jealousy or even the need of repulsion.
We have a lot of people nowadays that are playing politics in real life together with hating each other, main reason mostly people only look to the outer appearance or even just standard attitude.
While some people even are trying to hide what is truly inside.

To blast off with this post, appreciation is in place, not for me, but for yourself!
Yes, be proud of who you are! Be proud of what you have accomplished, even if you do not see it as much.
No matter if things are small or big, sometimes one small pebble can set off an avalanche!
Because Self love is and stays important in life and having true self love actually makes you more loving towards others as well, because you feel good in your own skin and therefore you have no reason to actually have anything against anyone or even have any expectations from anyone!
This is the start of some great surprises in life as well, because people can only positively surprise you or they show something that is close to them but mirror is very harshly or mean on the outside.
But because you feel great about yourself, you simply are able to look beyond all the negativity and even learn to appreciate these people.
The effect of this is also that, because you are showing such positivity you are starting to reflect on everyone around you and this will bring great changes!
Teamwork
Now that you appreciate others for their qualities instead of what they are showing only with their outer appearance and/or their outer behaviour, you can go to the next step and to guide them for themselves to bring out the best in them.
Or you can team up together with friends and create something new and by looking at your qualities that you like about yourself and the qualities that they can use and that you also like about them, you can create something way bigger than just the solo plan.
Also with the new appreciation that you have towards your friends, teamwork goes way easier and you become more fluid, which makes you stronger as a leader as well!
This is a short piece today, but it shows once again how important it is to just love yourself, love who you are and love your faults and good parts, because not only do they make you complete.
But it will open doors for others as well! And it will create a better life, not for you, but also the ones who you truly care about!
