Great to see you've found one of SA's many gems, I don't think I could do that Kangaroo served in a bed of jus - best on the side.
I'm missing proper wine. Bali has Hatten wines, which are substandard. I've settled for 'Two Islands' - SA grapes fortified in Bali. The Pinot Noir is like a home brand, at best.
