Why climb a mountain is mentally good? what people think before and after!
You go up with your mind entangled and your legs relaxed and go down feeling upside down
A day of walking by very alone or accompanied that is, should be relaxing, usable to clear our mind, leave worries aside. Reflect on the complicated and not save the sourness in our subconscious, go to the movies and the park is nice, but the activity of climbing has some magic that when you climb does not let you concentrate on your thoughts clearly and it is because of how busy we have our body, climbing you are so focused on reaching the top, that your legs and back suck and change any thought for these questions:
- How much left?
- Will I have enough water?
- Will I climb 2 times today?
- Could it be that (whoever accompanies you) will have mercy and wait for me? It is not climbing, it is flying!
- I will not use my legs again for 2 days (it's not a question but you do think about this when you're not used to it)
The one who has climbed any mountain will understand me when he / she reads that I have raised the casupo enough to realize that going up we see our feet slide in front of our eyes and a lot of dirt absorbing our sweat as it falls but at the moment of raise your eyes and see this ... adversities simply pass into oblivion:
and hundreds of people who come up every week:
- Perceive and plant the problem
- Justify and delimit the problem
- Develop theories to solve the problem
- Do tests
- See results and analyze the best variant
- Apply in reality and get off the mountain before becoming uninspired and developing fear in the descent
Sincerely! I think the resolution of our problems is proportional to how much awareness and reason we use to avoid falling into uncertainty and confusion, and of course, daring to achieve goals and hopefully the next time you think and reflect remember ... the wise will beat the foolish. A wise advice would be to follow me and read my posts daily!
