My personal experience with Jetstar is not too bad, and personally I think budget airlines are disrupting and taking over traditional airlines in no time!
You know, I think giving regular people the ability to fly all over the world at a price that most people can afford is a hugely positive thing. But if people have to suffer some of the consequences of cost cutting, then it really needs a re-think.
