Never been one for new years resolutions either, handy to make a mental note of somethings to improve yourself, keep it in mind and work at it, you will never let yourself down.

As for wolves dressed as sheep, yes you will encounter it all the way through life, learning how to react I have found is dust off your feet, walk away and never look back!
