Road to fitness😊

I just started my road to fitness .Thanks to my fit boyfriend. He likes exercising and he is always conscious of his health so he keeps on forcing me to exercise if I have some free time. I told him that I will change my schedule so that I can have spare time to exercise with him.
Last Sunday, I took a day off and we went to the running oval and started our road to fitness. We had our exercise at night and for me I started to jog for 2 laps. My boyfriend also did his own exercise routine.
Running 2 laps was exhausting for me because its my first time to jog again after a long time. My body is not used to active sports because of my inactive job but at least I am trying my best to be active. I know my boyfriend will get angry if I keep on eating and sleeping.😂😂
Our first day of road to fitness was successful and I gained muscle pain for just two days but it was bearable though. This is my 2nd time to work out so I am used to muscle pain now. I just love how those pain in my body right now. I am looking forward to more exercises this weekend. Thank you.😊❤❤
