Im from the South! One thing you learn when growing up is living with hurricanes. So what we do, after preparing as best as we can and helping our neighbors prepare, is make the best out of a bad situation. So anytime we see an opportunity for fun 2 be had we have it.

Be careful with those waters. They are often infested with ants, snakes, and human excrement.
Those waters can cause all kinds of skin issues; but, I'm sure you know that...growing up in 'hurricane' weather.
