Hiking Mt Baldy in Eugene, OR
The sun is shining and the weather is warming up. Spring is just about here. That means its time to start hitting the trails again. Mt Baldy is just a short drive from my place in Springfield and offers great views of the city of Eugene and surrounding areas. Leisha and I packed up in the morning and made our way out there. It is a short hike and is estimated to be about 2.9 miles out and back.

We enjoyed some snacks at the top of the trail and had to take a selfie - naturally!
Taking one last look at Eugene before heading back down
The trail is great for beginners or anyone looking for an easy hike. Its location near Eugene also makes it easily accessible, so expect some foot traffic if you check it out. I'm looking forward to many more adventures as summer heads our way!
Amazing views! One day my family and I will make it out towards OR, and when we do, I know it will be nothing like we ever experienced before! Awesome job using Nature as your playground of fun! Have a great day and keep utilizing the outdoors like they should be! Steem on!

Thank you for sharing the images and thoughts. I have images of some my treks that I plan to share too. But as I'm just getting started here I'm reluctant to share too much too quickly. As I haven't really gotten networked here yet most of my posts are still getting minimal views. I don't want to post my better images and stories if people aren't seeing them yet. Any tips?
