Some people are nasty just because they know they can get away with it.
A truly, deeply happy person does not go around being nasty or acting negative towards others
True.
Hurt people hurt other people, mostly without realizing that they are being a trouble. But some people do use opportunities to harm others for their own guilty pleasure without having to suffer the consequences.
