Ushuaia es una ciudad de la provincia de Tierra del Fuego. Esta hermosa ciudad es conocida como la ciudad más austral del mundo o fin del mundo como podemos ver en la imagen.

Ushuaia es una ciudad de Argentina, el idioma natal es español, por ser una ciudad turística existe muchas personas que hablan otro idioma como, inglés, alemán y portugués

Está ubicada al sur de mi país a más 2300 kilómetros de la capital federal, fundada el 12 de octubre de 1884 por Augusto Lasserre. un área de sismicidad media, ubicada sobre la región falla Fagnano-Magallanes, el ultimo sismo de importancia sucedió el 17 de diciembre de 1949 con una magnitud de 7.8 escala de richter, otro de menor intensidad 6.3 escala de Richter ocurrió en el año 2010.

El clima de Ushuaia es frío húmedo todo el año, más conocido como frio oceánico o sub polar oceánico.

Su nombre es de origen yagán, Ush en español significa Al fondo y waia significa Bahia (Bahia al fondo)

Una hermosa ciudad turística, ideal para visitar todo el año, con más de 60.000 habitantes capacitados para recibir y satisfacer las necesidades de los turistas, cuenta con una buena capacidad hotelera. Una ciudad llena de historia y de magníficos lugares para conocer.

Su gastronomía es típica de las zonas australes, se puede deleitar numerosos platos como:

La tradicional centolla fueguina, la merluza negra, el abadejo, el besugo, mariscos y pescados y el asado a la cruz de cordero patagónico.

En invierno se puede asistir al Festival Internacional Gastronómico llamado (Ushuaia a Fuego Lento) con deliciosos platos de cordero, trucha, merluza negra, mejillones, centolla.
